SHIPPING DURATION 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Estimate 3-5 business days for shipping. 

SHIPPING CHARGES 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below is our shipping table:

  • Flat Rate Shipping - $6.99 
  • Orders Over $100  ship FREE* 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

DAMAGES/LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

Alphaprimesupps.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 

Please be sure to add Route Package Protection Insurance to your order at checkout to ensure your package is fully protected. 

When you add Route Package Protection to your order, your package will be insured from loss, damage, and theft.  

You can report an issue with Route Protection through the mobile app through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. Their team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have! 

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or Route Protection to file a claim. 
 
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY 

At Alpha Prime Supps we strive to provide you with best-in-class products by sourcing quality ingredients and following Gold Standard processes. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. 

 

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS 

All sales are final on promotional items. Refunds will not be issued for Prime Bites purchased under a promotional sale.  

 

REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES 

You must return the product to us to receive your refund. 

Must be purchased www.alphaprimesupps.com and have proof of purchase to qualify for return/money back guarantee.  

Any product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product 

**All product returns require approval from our customer service team within 30 days of receipt of product. 

Upon receipt of returned product Alphaprimesupps.com will refund the purchase amount.
